Once a month, we invite you to join us for a regular 1-hour class at LUMI, followed by a relaxed community potluck where we stay back, share some food, and enjoy good company together. The class may be Yoga, Pilates, Deep Stretching, or Sound Bath, depending on the month — and after class, we gather as a community to connect a little more beyond the mat. You’re welcome to bring something small to share if you’d like, but there is absolutely no pressure — simply joining us is enough. This is our way of creating more space for: • connection • conversation • laughter • and a sense of community Come for the class, stay for the warmth.
