Lying comfortably, you'll allow the resonant vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and a gong to wash over you. This practice is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and release deep-seated tension, leaving you with a profound sense of inner peace and rest. We’ll begin with guided breathwork to center and ground, followed by a series of traditional Hatha postures practiced with awareness and steady pace. The class emphasizes alignment, breath awareness, and presence — helping you transition from rest to readiness with ease. Suitable for all levels, though some basic familiarity with yoga and breathwork is helpful but not mandatory! :) Come with an open heart and leave feeling refreshed, steady, and clear. This is a moderate-paced practice with some transitions and flows, so prior experience with basic yoga postures is good to have.
