Welcome to LUMI Studio! By booking a class, workshop, or event with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

 

General Sales Terms

• All sales are final. LUMI Studio does not offer refunds on services or products due to a change of mind, change of address, injury, illness, or for any other reason, unless justified by a medical certificate. Please contact us directly if a medical issue arises.

• Pricing. Prices may increase over time. Any price changes will only apply to new purchases of class passes, single classes, workshops, events, or programs.

• Nominative and Non-Transferable. All memberships, class passes, single classes, workshops, and programs are for the registered individual and are not transferable. They may not be shared with anyone else. Anyone caught sharing their membership will be denied entry and forfeit their remaining classes/membership without a refund.

• Unpaid Balances. It is the member's responsibility to settle any unpaid balances on their account. LUMI Studio reserves the right to suspend a member's access until all outstanding payments are settled.

• Gift Cards. Gift cards can be redeemed for any of our services or products and are not redeemable for cash.

• Age Requirement. To register for an online account and book classes, you must be 18 years of age or older. 

• Account Details. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal details you provide upon registration are accurate and up-to-date.

 

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Classes & Class Packs: To keep your class credit, you must cancel at least 6 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within this 6-hour window or don't show up, you'll lose your class credit.

• Unlimited Memberships: Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a €15 fee.

• Workshops & Special Events: For a full refund or credit, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this may result in a partial or no refund.

All cancellations must be made through the booking area on our website to be valid. We cannot guarantee that cancellations requested via phone, email, or social media will be processed.

 

Important Notes

• Please arrive on time. For your safety and to prevent class disruption, the studio door will be locked once class begins. Latecomers may not be admitted.

• We can discuss medical exceptions or illness-related suspensions if you provide a valid medical certificate.

 

Studio Rules

• Schedule Changes. While every effort is made to run classes as scheduled, the schedule may be subject to change or cancellation without notice. In the event a class is cancelled, we will do our best to find a replacement time.

• Refunds for Cancelled Classes. If you have a class pass, the class credit will not be deducted for a cancelled class. LUMI Studio will not offer a refund, transfer, or compensation for any classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason.

• Personal Property. LUMI Studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.

• Liability. LUMI Studio and its owners, staff, and instructors cannot be held liable for any injury that may occur during a class or while on studio premises. By attending a class, you assume all risks and responsibility for any injuries.

• Right of Refusal. LUMI Studio reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at any time.

 

Membership, Class Pass and Waitlist Policies

• Class Passes. The 5-class pass expires within 2 months of activation, 10-class pass expires within 4 months of activation, 20-class pass expires within 6 months of activation. No refunds will be offered for expired passes.

• Limited monthly subscriptions “Bloom” and “Blossom” expire within 1 month of activation.

• Unlimited monthly subscriptions are valid as follows: “Radiance Plan” 1 month, "Radiance Journey” minimum 3 month commitment with autorenewal, “Evergreen” Unlimited annual membership is valid for 12 months as of activation.   

• Introductory Offers. These offers are available for new clients only and may only be purchased once per person. Anyone found to be using two different accounts to purchase an introductory offer will have the second offer suspended without a refund.

• Waitlist policy. When a member joins a waitlist, they are committing to attend if a spot becomes available. If a space opens up, they will be automatically added to the class and notified by email. At this point, the standard cancellation policy applies. To avoid a late cancellation fee or lost credit, it's essential that the member removes her/himself from the waitlist if he/she can no longer make it to class.

• Suspension Policy. Members may suspend their pass or membership for a maximum of 4 weeks for serious medical reasons, with a valid doctor's note. The suspension request must include a start and end date and be made with at least 7 days' notice.

 

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

• Confidentiality. Your personal data remains strictly confidential. We will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with any other company or organization.

• Use of Data. We collect personal information to provide you with our services, customize your experience, and improve our offerings. We may use your email to send you important updates or newsletters, which you can opt out of at any time.

• Cookies. Our website uses cookies to ensure proper functionality and to gather anonymous data on website usage to help us improve. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a class, attending a workshop, or purchasing a membership with LUMI Studio, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.
