Power Pilates & Stretch

Natalia Iosifidi - EN

Natalia is a Certified Pilates Mat & Reformer instructor with 10 years of experience leading both personal and group sessions. She creates clear and effective workouts that match each person’s needs whether for recovery, better posture, stronger core, or full-body fitness.

 

Trained at the Institute of Fitness “Studio One” in Athens and has worked with people of all ages and fitness levels. Natalia uses strong knowledge of the body and a background in professional sports to make each Pilates session safe, focused, and effective.

Holistic Events Facilitator, Sound Healer,  Yoga Teacher (600h YTT)

Jurtina Andrésdóttir 

Jurtina is a certified sound therapist (Peter Hess® Academy of Sound), yoga teacher, artist and organiser of holistic events, with a background in fine arts, music and holistic wellbeing.

Her spiritual journey began at the age of fifteen, when she adopted a yogic and vegetarian lifestyle, a path she continues to follow with devotion.

In her early twenties, she took part in her first 7-day silent retreat at a Buddhist temple, followed by a 10-day Vipassana retreat, experiences that profoundly shaped her commitment to mindfulness, compassion and conscious living.

After completing her studies in art and music, Jurtina felt called to explore a more holistic approach where sound, movement and creativity become tools for healing and transformation. Since then, she has travelled to over 60 countries, immersing herself in diverse cultures and participating in community projects around the world.

Jurtina has completed over 600 hours of yoga teacher training, including her most recent studies in Yin Yoga and therapeutic yoga in Tenerife, and has undertaken professional training in sound healing at the Peter Hess Academy.

Her work focuses on creating safe and restorative spaces conducive to healing, creative expression and deep relaxation.

Ruchi Jaju - EN

Ruchi’s journey began in the corporate world, but her heart always leaned toward yoga and mindful living. Originally from India and now based in Luxembourg, she brings a warm and grounding approach to her classes, blending movement, breath, and stillness in a way that feels accessible to everyone.

She is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500), trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative practices, with additional studies in pranayama and meditation. Through her platform Yogic Route, Ruchi has been guiding students in classes, workshops, and retreats—sharing yoga not just as exercise, but as a holistic way of living.

At LUMI Studio, she hopes to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover balance in their everyday lives.

Physical Coach

Saana Lindman - EN, FIN

General population, sports performance

 

"I strive to ignite a lifelong love for movement in every client. By bridging the gap between analytical sports science and a warm, enjoyable atmosphere, I help you achieve results that support both your physical and mental well-being."

​About Saana:

A certified professional coach and personal trainer with over 17 years of international experience, Saana brings a high level of academic and athletic expertise to LUMI Studio. She holds a Master’s degree in Sport Studies and draws on her lifelong background in figure skating to blend athletic discipline with movement grace. Her approach is unique: she combines rigorous academic knowledge with easy-going, practical methods to ensure every session is as effective as it is positive.

 

Saana works with clients of all ages, specializing in functional bodyweight training, plyometrics, and mobility. As a mother of three, she has a profound understanding of the physical demands of parenthood and is currently deepening her expertise as a Women's Fitness Specialist. Whether she is conducting performance testing or helping a client develop better motor skills, Saana’s coaching is deeply personalized, results-driven, and designed to foster holistic health for the long term.

Sanna Peltonen - EN, FR, NL, FIN

Sanna, the owner of LUMI Studio, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a certified nutrition coach, and a group fitness instructor. Sanna is from Finland and has lived in Luxembourg now for 25 years. After a successful 20-year career in the business world, she followed her passion for fitness, motivated by the satisfaction of helping people move and feel good.

Sanna is excited to bring her latest certification, Deep Stretching, to the studio, creating a new class to help clients improve flexibility and find balance. With more than 18 years of experience, she believes that exercise should be fun, and she tailors every session to her clients' needs, ensuring a safe and effective journey toward their goals.

 

At LUMI, Sanna's mission is to encourage a holistic approach to wellness, inspiring everyone to move and enjoy the process of strengthening both their minds and bodies.

Ioanna Thanasoula - EN, GR

Originally from Greece and now based in Luxembourg, Joanna is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a background rooted in the belief that "movement heals."

 

After a 13-year career in finance, she decided to follow her passion for wellness—a journey that began at age 19 when Pilates successfully resolved her own back issues.

Joanna trained with APPI and holds specialized certifications in Pre & Post Natal, Pelvic Floor, and Kids & Teens Pilates. Her classes offer a customized, total-core approach designed to strengthen the body, improve posture, and eliminate pain.

 

Joanna’s mission is to help clients integrate the benefits of Pilates into their daily lives, creating a fun, challenging, and safe environment built on trust and connection.

Camille Guedes - EN, FR, PT

Camille is a physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience. She enjoys offering Pilates sessions for pregnancy and postnatal recovery.


Based in Luxembourg, she works with an international clientele in Portuguese, French and English, focusing on mindful movement and pain prevention.

By combining physiotherapy, Pilates, motor control and work on muscle chains, she supports women before and after childbirth, promoting safety, comfort, physical recovery and a deeper connection with their bodies.

Her mission is to support every woman throughout her pregnancy and the postpartum period, bringing her confidence, comfort and joy in movement.

Colleen Blake - EN, FR, LU

"I am dedicated to helping you move through life’s transitions with strength and confidence. My goal is to provide a safe, empowering space where fitness becomes a sustainable pillar of your long-term wellbeing."

About Colleen:
Originally from Australia, Colleen brings a global perspective and a deep sense of purpose to the LUMI coaching team. After transitioning into the fitness industry to follow a career path that truly matters, she has dedicated herself to supporting others in achieving their personal goals in a way that is both results-driven and deeply compassionate.

 

Colleen specializes in supporting clients through unique physiological milestones, with a particular expertise in menopause support and post-cancer rehabilitation. She understands that movement is a powerful tool for recovery and life-stage management. Her approach centers on building foundational strength and resilience, ensuring that every client – regardless of their starting point – feels understood, safe, and capable of lasting lifestyle change.

Hatha Yoga 

Tereza Tachovska - EN, CZ

Tereza is a certified multi-style, Hatha and Restorative yoga teacher with over 300 hours of training, including a recent teacher training in Rishikesh, India.

Coming from a background in different sports, both competitive and recreational, she discovered yoga as a way to build strength and mobility in a more balanced and sustainable way, while also helping with stress, energy levels, and overall well-being.

Her classes focus on mindful movement, proper alignment, and helping students feel comfortable and confident in their practice. She enjoys creating a calm and welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and move with more awareness.
