Power Pilates & Stretch

Natalia Iosifidi - EN

Natalia is a Certified Pilates Mat & Reformer instructor with 10 years of experience leading both personal and group sessions. She creates clear and effective workouts that match each person’s needs whether for recovery, better posture, stronger core, or full-body fitness.

 

Trained at the Institute of Fitness “Studio One” in Athens and has worked with people of all ages and fitness levels. Natalia uses strong knowledge of the body and a background in professional sports to make each Pilates session safe, focused, and effective.

Pilates

Ankita Makraria - EN

Ankita’s fitness journey began in 2015 with a Zumba certification, followed by an AFAA Group Exercise Instructor certification in 2016. Over the years, her passion for movement evolved into Pilates, leading her to train in both Mat and Reformer Pilates(Balanced Body).
She now specializes in classes that blend control, alignment, and breath, rooted in the core principles of Pilates. Her goal is to make movement empowering, purposeful, and accessible for everyone.
Beyond the studio, Ankita is an avid hiker who has completed treks like Everest Base Camp and the Kashmir Great Lakes. Hiking has taught her endurance, patience, and joy in the journey — values she brings into every class.

Adam is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, with additional certifications in the Science of Stretching, Balance, and personal training. His classes are designed for those who want to focus on long-term wellness and improve or reclaim ease of movement — whether you spend long hours at a desk, lead a fast-paced lifestyle, or are simply looking to move and feel better. He focuses on developing Length, Strength, and Range of Motion, helping you build core stability, increase flexibility, and move with more freedom and control.

Discover yoga with Ana—a certified RYS 200 yoga instructor and RYS 60 Yoga Nidra facilitator. With a background in CrossFit and a deep reverence for balance, Ana’s classes are a dynamic fusion of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, open to all levels.

Sanna Peltonen - EN, FR

Sanna, the owner of LUMI Studio, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a certified nutrition coach, and a group fitness instructor. Sanna is from Finland and has lived in Luxembourg now for 25 years. After a successful 20-year career in the business world, she followed her passion for fitness, motivated by the satisfaction of helping people move and feel good.

Sanna is excited to bring her latest certification, Deep Stretching, to the studio, creating a new class to help clients improve flexibility and find balance. With more than 18 years of experience, she believes that exercise should be fun, and she tailors every session to her clients' needs, ensuring a safe and effective journey toward their goals.

 

At LUMI, Sanna's mission is to encourage a holistic approach to wellness, inspiring everyone to move and enjoy the process of strengthening both their minds and bodies.

Hatha Yoga

Alina Parvati - EN, FR, DE, LU

"My journey with yoga began in 2009 as a personal path of exploration and growth. Coming from a corporate background with a degree in mathematics, I was drawn to yoga as a way to bring balance and connection into life. What started as a personal practice soon became a deeper calling, inviting me to explore not just physical postures but also the mind, breath and the guiding principles of yoga philosophy.

I completed my Sivananda Yoga teacher training in the Austrian Alps and was initiated into Sadhguru’s Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya through the Inner Engineering program at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore. Extensive travels across India allowed me to immerse myself in classical yoga traditions, including Hatha, Yin and Ashtanga Yoga in Rishikesh and Mysore, alongside Ayurvedic studies that enrich the holistic approach I share with students.

With over 11 years of teaching experience, I guide students toward balance, clarity and self-awareness through yoga. In workshops and retreats, I integrate postures, breathwork, meditation and holistic practices - helping students grow, nurture relationships and bring yoga’s transformative benefits into everyday life.

Today, yoga is more than a practice - it’s a way of life that my husband, Surender and I live fully and teach together across Europe and India."

Dynamic pilates, postnatal pilates

Katia Venda - EN, LU, FR, DE

Katia is a certified Pilates instructor with training in Matwork (levels 1-3), Pre & Postnatal Pilates, and breast cancer recovery and post-surgery rehabilitation. She’s currently completing her Reformer certification and brings a practical approach that combines traditional Pilates with strength training elements.


Her classes focus on building core and glute strength while improving overall mobility and
posture. She keeps sessions challenging yet accessible, creating an environment where students of all levels can progress comfortably.
Katia believes Pilates is for everyone and designs her classes to be welcoming and supportive, helping each student work at their own pace while achieving real results.

Åsa Jacob - EN, FR

Asa is a yoga teacher since 2019 certified with GlobalYoga in Sweden. With a long background in fitness and bodypump, she believes that the mix of functional training and yoga is optimal. In her yoga classes you will often hear her talking about showing up for yourself, self discipline (a kind one), commitment, creating habits, making space for your practice wherever you are, in sun, in rain.

 

She did her Meditation Teacher Training with Magnus Fridh and Sheila Arnell, from AboutYoga, Stockholm, certified February 2025. One month later she landed in Kathmandu, exploring Nepal together with Magnus Fridh's travel group. It was life changing to stay in the monasteries, talk with the monks and see what a buddhist life attitude looks like in real life.

 

She teaches hatha and vinyasa yoga and her classes are dynamic and playful. She focuses on technique, time to learn and get into the asanas. Her classes are physically challenging but down to earth and accessible to anyone. She strives for good enough instead of perfection. To her yoga is about exploring and being kind to oneself, not performing. Her wish is that you leave the class with a feeling of energy and release at the same time.

Yin Yang Yoga

Felicitas Berodt - EN, FR, DE, LU

Meet Felicitas — and discover how yoga can go beyond movement to reconnect body and mind.

Felicitas is a RYT 200h Yoga Teacher trained in Costa Rica and currently pursuing a Yoga Nidra Certificate. She focuses on balance, self-awareness, and mindful movement, helping students reconnect with themselves and find calm in today’s fast-paced world.

With a background in luxury hospitality, Felicitas has lived and worked in eight countries and speaks six languages. At one point, she realised that despite a successful career, she needed balance — which inspired her to deepen her yoga practice and bring others closer to it.

She loves guiding students of all levels, especially those who are skeptical or feel that relaxation only comes through sweat. Felicitas also teaches retreats, offering immersive experiences where students can fully disconnect and focus on themselves.

In every class, her goal is simple: help students listen to their body, connect breath and movement, and find presence, calm, and balance.

Ruchi Jaju - EN

Ruchi’s journey began in the corporate world, but her heart always leaned toward yoga and mindful living. Originally from India and now based in Luxembourg, she brings a warm and grounding approach to her classes, blending movement, breath, and stillness in a way that feels accessible to everyone.

She is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500), trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative practices, with additional studies in pranayama and meditation. Through her platform Yogic Route, Ruchi has been guiding students in classes, workshops, and retreats—sharing yoga not just as exercise, but as a holistic way of living.

At LUMI Studio, she hopes to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover balance in their everyday lives.

Ashtanga Yoga

Yuting Xu

Yuting is a certified yoga teacher with an RYT200h certificate, and she completed also an intensive teacher training with Ashtanga legends Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, first generation students of K. Pattabhi Jois, who founded Ashtanga Yoga in India in 1948. 
Yuting's journey with yoga began in 2020, and she has been sharing her passion with students in Luxembourg since 2022.

 

While she holds certifications in various styles, her teaching is rooted in the Ashtanga tradition. In her classes, she focuses on creating a moving meditation by guiding students to intentionally connect their breath with movement, creating a supportive and introspective environment for all.
