Whether you are taking your very first steps into running or looking to rebuild your technique from the ground up, the LUMI Running Foundations program gives you the exact blueprint to run efficiently, stay injury-free, and enjoy every kilometer. Running isn't just about breathing hard—it’s a skill. Over 6 structured weeks, our coach will guide you through gait mechanics, breathing control, pelvic alignment, and pacing strategies. To support your running progress, every participant receives full access to 1 weekly class in the studio (stretching/mobility) from our standard schedule (valued at €28 per class). By pairing outdoor coaching with weekly studio sessions, you'll release tight calves, mobilise hips, and strengthen your core to keep your body resilient. What’s Included in Your Package: 6 Coached Outdoor Group Sessions focused on form, mechanics, and pacing. 6 Studio Recovery Classes (€168 total added class value). Weekly Guided Self-Run Schedules to follow between sessions. Weekly Coached Form Drills (cadence, posture, single-leg stability). Private Community WhatsApp Group for accountability, Q&A, and support. 6-Week Celebration Run & Transition Roadmap. Cancellation Policy
See for General Terms on the website. This policy overwrites the cancellation & refund policy stated on the website. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your enrollment in this program, our policy is as follows: 14+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. 7 to 13 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund, or 100% credit toward a future program. Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date: Non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person upon request prior to the start date. After Program Begins: No refunds or credits will be issued once the program has officially launched or access to digital materials has been provided.
