A deeply restorative class combining guided relaxation and sound healing to help you unwind, release tension, and reset your nervous system. Through meditation, rest practices, and soothing sound vibrations, you will be gently guided into a state of calm, balance, and inner stillness. A nourishing space to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself at the end of the week. Session will be guided by a certified and experienced sound healer.
