This exclusive 6-week program is designed for 8 women who are ready to create long-lasting lifestyle habits and effortlessly integrate fitness and healthy nutrition into their daily routines. With the guidance of two dedicated coaches—Florence Legrand, a certified nutritional therapist, and Sanna Peltonen, a certified physical and nutrition coach—you’ll gain practical tools and support to transform your lifestyle. What’s Included? Weekly Group Workout Sessions - 2 times a week! Targeted to build strength, improve flexibility, and challenge your full body with expert-led workouts. Strength and mobility classes on Mondays and 1 additional class of your choice: functional training or strength class at the studio or outdoors. All included in the pack (value EUR 168). Nutrition Expertise: Weekly sessions from Florence on nutrition topics varying from basics to for example macronutrients, learning about nutrition labels, how to batch cook, how to control your blood-sugar and how to build muscle with the help of nutrition. And much more hands-on practical details! 1-on-1 Discovery Sessions: Each participant has the option to book a short individual session with the coaches. Body Composition Tracking: Measurements taken at the beginning and end of the program to track your progress. Workout App Access: Stay motivated all week with fun challenges, home workout plans, nutrition materials, and a group chat to connect with like-minded women. Cancellation Policy
See for General Terms on the website. This policy overwrites the cancellation & refund policy stated on the website. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your enrollment in this program, our policy is as follows: 14+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. 7 to 13 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund, or 100% credit toward a future program. Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date: Non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person upon request prior to the start date. After Program Begins: No refunds or credits will be issued once the program has officially launched or access to digital materials has been provided.
