Educational Workshops Overview - Wednesdays at 19:00 (Starts Nov 11) Topics: - Hormonal landscape, symptom tracking & perimenopause vs. menopause - Nutrition, protein targets & gut health - Sexual health, pelvic floor & intimacy - Bone density, joint health & sleep science - Brain fog, stress management & demystifying HRT Weekly Strength Sessions - Build real power for bone density and muscle longevity. Saturdays at 10:30 (Starts Nov 14) The focus will be on progressive strength training, bone-loading power movements, core stability, and sarcopenia prevention. Are you keen on finding out more? Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your enrollment in this program, our policy is as follows: 14+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. 7 to 13 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund, or 100% credit toward a future program. Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date: Non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person upon request prior to the start date. After Program Begins: No refunds or credits will be issued once the program has officially launched or access to digital materials has been provided.
